It took us two years to develop a new line that we would offer in our homes that puts authentic taste first. A Latte, The Numi Way 

Latte beverages have become a daily ritual for many of us — a grounding morning moment, an afternoon reset, a small act of comfort. But when we explored what was available in powdered and concentrate form, we were disheartened by what we discovered. Two Years of Careful Crafting and Tasting

Like all our blends, the magic starts in the kitchen — with my brother, still our chief alchemist after all these years. He begins by tasting each ingredient on its own and then layering them together, one by one. 

• Turmeric: earthy and grounding

He utilizes globally inspired recipes and a nutritional, functional lens in his approach; for a touch of sweetness, he added 1 gram of coconut sugar; then our Numi family of tea tasters sip, analyze and recommend adjustments… until we are fully satisfied. 

While we loved the flavors, the texture proved challenging with the mix settling and clumping. So, we worked closely with our suppliers to develop a custom ultra-fine grinding process exclusively for Numi — freeze-drying whole organic ingredients before micro-grinding them into a fine powder. We didn’t rush this launch — it took two years because we refused to compromise. The result is a collection of premium organic tea latte powders designed to deliver flavor, texture and nourishment in every cup.

The milling process allows the ingredients to suspend longer in the liquid. It’s in an organic latte powder that preserves ingredient integrity while delivering full-flavor enjoyment and greater nutrient absorption!
