How do I manage a Subscription order placed before 3/4/24?
You’ll need to start a new auto-delivery order because your credit card information is protected and could not be transferred to the new site. Simply start a new order and select Subscribe & Save. You can log in to your account or check out as guest. If you had a Numi Tea account on our old website, you may need to reset your password or create a new account. That is because your passwords are also protected and did not transfer over to the new site.
