Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Numi, Drink MilKish, Matcha Star, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.
Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on June 29, 2026 and ends on July 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time ("Giveaway Period"). Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
To enter during the Giveaway Period:
- Like the official giveaway post on Instagram.
- Follow @numiorganictea, @drinkmilkish, and @matchaxstar on Instagram.
- Tag at least one friend in the comments of the giveaway post.
Each eligible comment tagging a different friend counts as one (1) entry. Bonus Entry: Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @numiorganictea. If your account is private, you may be asked to provide proof of your Story share.No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

One (1) winner will receive:

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $97.99 USD. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from @numiorganictea within approximately five (5) business days after the Giveaway closes. The selected winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. If the winner does not respond within that timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Release of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Numi, Drink MilKish, Matcha Star, Instagram, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Privacy Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the administration of this Giveaway and in accordance with Numi's Privacy Policy.
