The Spring Forward Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Numi, Inc. (“Sponsor”), in collaboration with Koukla Delights (“Partner”).
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding residents of Quebec, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Participants must have a valid Canadian shipping address. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, Partner, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins on April 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM PST and ends on April 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST (the “Contest Period”).

To enter, participants must:

6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) eligible winner will be selected in a random draw conducted within five (5) days following the end of the Contest Period.The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.The selected entrant will be contacted via Instagram direct message. To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:

• Respond within 48 hours of notification
• Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance

If the selected entrant does not respond in time or fails to meet eligibility requirements, an alternate entrant may be selected.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
8. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
